It's been a week since the new sequel of the Pirates of The Caribbean came to the cinemas...I had many hopes for this... It seemed that they were actually returning to the basics of the first movie that was truly awesome and abandoning the style of the previous 2 parts of the franchise that ware truly disappointing. Were these hopes satisfied?Well yes and no....

Witcher 2 - Assassins Of Kings...Impressions...

Last week the new Witcher game was released entitled "Assassins of Kings". The first one is considered a cult hit but most people that appreciate RPGs appreciate the first Witcher, I know I did....The developers CD projekt has been advertising this new game for some time now and created quite a hype around its release stemming also from the quality of the first. So I finally got it into my hands myself.....

A new trailer was released for the Apollo 18 movies which is practically the same as before but with a new October release.The movies obviously has to do with the so called secret last mission to the moon Apollo 18. It is shot in a documentary style. The typical premise of the evidence footage from the crew and the mission that they filmed themselves and found later. Looks interesting....

Jafar Panahi is an Iranian director. His latest movies "Crimson Gold" and "Offside" ware well received by critics and his work was honored in numerous occasions. He has received a number of festivals awards including awards by Cannes, Berlin and Venice Film Festivals. This acclaimed director was always motivated by his realistic thinking and disagreement with the current Iranian regime and this cost him last December both his physical and artistic freedom.
