Doctors in Timelines and no Peters in Universes!

The scifi weekends continues!In the Finale of Doctor Who we are in the collapse of Time itself as it is stopped at 17:02 .More strangely the Doctor is a prisoner in the roman palace of Cesar Winston Churchill.Then the Doctor starts telling him the story of his death but he didnt die because of a woman ,River Song.Later we see him travelling to Egypt in a pyramid called Area 52 where he meets again River but he cant touch her for the fear that maybe Time collapses.But at the end he marries her(River) and they save Time.But is he really dead ?Because the question he must answer with the Fall of Eleventh is :"Doctor whooooo?".In Fringe we still are Peterless but we have a bi-dimensional mission with a serial genius killer from the other side and they bring to help them the same person from this side.This end in success and failure together because the serial killer kills him self and the other guy loses fractions of his memory.This help us understand why flashes of Peter appear through out this Peterless Dimensions.
